I couldn't find anyone nearby that spoke English to ask!
Yes it is a water tower from the former Star Paper Mill. could not find anyone who spoke English??? Nonsense, not sure what you are getting at but this tower is out in the countryside
I walk this stretch of the canal all the time as I live in Feni but the comment could not find anyone who spoke english is utter rubbish. I speak to many english speakers all the time. The comment is making out that Blackburn is in a foreign country.
