| Can anyone explain why there is a perfect hole the full depth of the stone on the canal side of the bridge |

I kayaked under this bridge today and found some curious numbering on the stones underneath. I think it may be a bridge somewhere else and moved here. Numbers to help with reassembly ?
Any one know anything? |
